Holiday Shipping Guidelines

As we joyfully head into this holiday season, we want you to be fully aware of the potential delays that may occur in your Truffle's journey from our hands to yours.

Our Truffle elves are committed to fulfilling your order within 1-3 business days. However, once your order ships, your package may hit a few traffic jams along the way.

We have found tracking updates may be delayed up to 10 days due to packages not being properly scanned by the carrier. Also, packages may be marked "delivered" prematurely, not actually delivering for an additional 2-3 days.

Due to these potential delays, we are unable to guarantee ground holiday delivery times as we have in past years. We realize how frustrating this may be and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
