Orders

Can I edit or cancel an order?

We do our best to begin processing orders right away! So, please contact us asap at help@truffleco.com if you need to cancel an order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders after they are placed, but we certainly can cancel an order in full if it hasn’t shipped so that you may place a new order with the correct items.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code may be applied per order.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged as soon as your order has been confirmed.

Do you offer gift receipts?

We do not offer gift receipts, however the packing slip included with your order will not include any pricing information.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Requests for price adjustments will be honored up to 7 days from original purchase date for full priced items purchased on truffleco.com. Price adjustments are issued in the form of an e-gift card for use on a future purchase. 

Holiday Purchases: Price adjustments will not be honored for purchases placed between 11/01/23 thru 12/31/23.

Do you accept large orders?

We do, however there is a minimum quantity of 50 products per style, per color. Email us at wholesale@truffleco.com with your request and we'd be happy to assist!

Do you have a loyalty program?

Yes! We call it TLC - the Truffle Love Club, and you can sign up to start earning reward points!

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free ground shipping to addresses within the Continental US on all orders which subtotal at least $150. Additional ground and expedited shipping options are calculated at checkout. TLC Gold Members qualify for free ground shipping for all orders shipping within the Continental US.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Your new Truffle bags will be on their way within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as they ship!

Please note that Truffle is not responsible for delivery delays or any other issues once your order leaves our location. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer FedEx 2Day and Overnight shipping options that may be selected at checkout. Please note, orders placed after 1pm EST will ship the following day.

Truffle is not responsible if the shipping service fails to meet the overnight or 2 day service commitment.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the US.

Who do I contact if I did not receive my order?

Please email our customer care team immediately at help@truffleco.com with your order number and shipping address. If your tracking details reflect a "delivered" status, we suggest checking the perimeter of your delivery address as packages are often left in inconspicuous locations! We are not responsible for reshipping orders if the customer fails to alert us of their missing package after 3 days of receipt of the delivery notice.

Returns

How do I make a return?

We offer easy returns! We are passionate about creating the perfect bags that make you feel effortlessly put together. If your new Truffle isn’t quite what you were looking for, you have 21 days to initiate a return from the original ship date. Please note that a store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund if original hangtags have been removed. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate your return simply visit us at truffleco.loopreturns.com. A prepaid shipping return label will be generated. Upon delivery at our facility, a return fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking fees.

If your order included a Free Gift With Purchase, you are welcome to keep your free gift item, even if you return the item you purchased.  If you choose to keep the free gift item, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the gift.

How do I return a gift I received?

Please email us at help@truffleco.com and provide either the order number or gift giver’s name, and we will assist you from there!

How do I make an exchange?

Due to the high turnover and limited availability of many of our styles and colorways, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for your desired item(s) and initiating your return for a refund following the steps above.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return has delivered to our return center, it may take up to 7-10 business days to be processed and for the refund to be issued. A confirmation email will be sent when we have refunded your original form of payment.

What if my item arrived damaged?

Please email us at help@truffleco.com and we will assist in resolving your issue immediately!

Why is there a fee for shipping and returns?

We strive to make your everyday clearly delightful. This mission includes our commitment to creating eco-friendly, reusable solutions that limit waste and reduce our impact on the environment. As a small but growing company primarily shipping direct to our customers, we are mindful of our footprint and are making every effort to do our part and encourage our customers to do the same. Unfortunately, these practices can sometimes cost a bit extra.

What is the Free Gift with Purchase return policy?

If your order included a Free Gift With Purchase, you are welcome to keep your free gift item, even if you return the item you purchased.  If you choose to keep the free gift item, the amount of your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the gift.

What is your warranty policy?

Truffle is committed to the quality of our products with a two year warranty policy. Please contact us at help@truffleco.com if you are experiencing an issue with your item and we will further determine next steps.

Last Days to Ship for Delivery by 12/25

December 13th for guaranteed Ground delivery by December 25th. Order by 1pm EST.

December 19th for guaranteed 2Day Express Delivery by December 25th. Order by 1pm EST.

Extended Holiday Returns

Our extended Holiday Return Policy applies to orders placed between 11/15/23 and 12/25/23. Orders placed during this period are eligible for return by 1/15/24. Orders placed before/after are subject to our standard 21 day return window from ship date. Please visit truffleco.loopreturns.com initiate your return.

Gift Policy

Care and Cleaning

What is the best way to clean and maintain the clear components of my Truffle bag?

To keep the clear components of your Truffle looking its best, avoid excessive exposure to heat and moisture. We suggest cleaning the clear plastic components with a microfiber or soft cloth dampened with your favorite essential oil. Or use an antibacterial wipe.

For tougher stains, we recommend Novus Plastic Clean & Shine, available at Amazon or The Container Store. Follow care instructions for best results.

What are the best uses for my clear Truffle?

Our Clarity Collection of pouchescases and clutches are meant to be flexible and carry your must haves for both travel and the everyday. We purposefully designed styles to be TSA compliant for your carry-on as well as stadium approved for venues that have clear bag policies.

Can I wash my Truffle in the washing machine or dishwasher?

We do not recommend cleaning your Truffle in the washing machine or dishwasher. Please see our Care and Cleaning Guide for tips on the best way to keep your Truffle looking its best.

What can I put inside my Truffle?

From packing the perfect suitcase to finally cleaning out your office tote, all of our products are made to show off your unique self, wherever you’re off to. We’ve designed our bags to store all of your favorite things whether that be for travelbeauty, or the the everyday. We have Truffles that are TSA-approved per the 3-1-1 Liquids Rule for your carryon, as well as stadium compliant bags so that you can get through security in a breeze.

Can I get my Truffle Bag monogrammed?

At this time, we do not offer personalization of our products online, however we do sometimes host special events with customization options. Be sure to join our mailing list below to be in the know.

How do I style my Truffle?

Materials

How are Truffle products made?

Our products are intentionally reusable and crafted from the highest quality materials that are both durable and easy to clean. Learn more about our products here

What is TPU plastic?

TPU plastic is the material used for the clear panels in our clear products. TPU stands for Thermoplastic Polyurethane and is non toxic. TPU is BPA, Phathalate, PVC free and Lead Free. Because there are no solvents in TPU plastic, when composted the TPU will biodegrade in 3-5 years.

Do Truffle products use real leather?

We have recently transitioned to using both vegan leather and recycled Saffiano and Nappa leather trims, along with rPET Nylon. More detailed information on specific materials can be found on each product page.

How do I know if my Truffle is TSA-approved?

Our TSA-approved clear bags are compliant with the TSA 3-1-1 Liquids Rule. Check the TSA-Approved Collections Page to see if your product is meant to hold liquids in your travel bag, and learn more about the TSA 3-1-1 Liquids Rule.

How do I know if my Truffle bag is stadium approved?

Any of our clear bags should work for almost all events and stadiums, as many NFL and NCAA sporting venues have adopted a clear bag policy. Be sure to check the specific venue you are visiting for further details.
