HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart buy clicking the "add to cart" button on the desired product page. When you are ready to checkout proceed to the checkout page where you will enter your billing details. If your shipping address is different from your billing address you will be prompted to supply this.
MAY I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately after order placement. Orders are typically ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. To contact our customer service team, please send an email with your name, order number and modification request to email@example.com. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
Sales tax will only be applied if your order is being shipped to the state of Colorado.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Amazon Payments.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order has been processed.
WHAT DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
For orders shipping within the Continental US, we offer UPS Surepost via USPS ($6.00), UPS Ground ($10.00+), and UPS 2Day Air ($25.00+). Shipping rates and transit times will display at checkout. Free ground shipping for orders over $75.00 is available for delivery in Continental US only.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! TRUFFLE ships worldwide. We ship to Canada via USPS and worldwide via FedEx International Priority. Shipping rates and transit times will display at checkout. Any duties and taxes associated with an international purchase will be the responsibility of the order recipient. For Canadian customers who select USPS International First Class mail, please note that delivery may take up to 5 weeks due to customs procedures.

HOW SOON AFTER MY ORDER IS PLACED WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP?
All orders placed before 3pm EST will be processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Please be advised that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You will receive a shipping confirmation from email@example.com with a tracking link for your package when your order has shipped. If for any reason this email doesn’t come through or you are unable to track your shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt for return authorization details.
Orders may be returned so long as:
• All items are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• The order is returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The order was not purchased on final sale.
If you are looking to make an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, please note which item(s) you would like to receive on your original packing slip. Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
You will be refunded to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days upon receipt of your return. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Please be advised: If we receive a return with product that appears to have been used or damaged, we can only offer store credit. If the item is too severely damaged, product will be returned to the customer and no refund or credit will be issued.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT OR THE WRONG ITEM?
If you received a damaged product or one that is different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will resolve the issue for you!
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE CLEAR COMPONENTS OF MY TRUFFLE PRODUCT?
To keep the clear components of a TRUFFLE looking its best, avoid excessive exposure to heat and moisture and always store in a protective dust bag or box when not in use. We suggest cleaning the clear components with the Novus Plastic Cleaning Kit for polishing and removing fine scratches.
