Delivery + Returns

Order Processing

Please allow up to 2 business days after order confirmation for your items to ship. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

For orders shipping within the Continental US, we offer UPS Ground and 2Day Air options that may be selected at checkout.

Free Shipping is applicable to Continental US addresses only. Alternative shipping methods to delivery locations outside of the Continental US may be selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! For international orders, duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the order recipient. Total shipping charges will be determined at checkout. For Canadian customers who select USPS International First Class mail, please note that delivery may take up to 5 weeks due to customs procedures.

Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at help@truffleco.com within 14 days of receipt for return authorization details.

Orders may be returned so long as:

    •All items are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • The order is returned within 14 days of receipt.
    •The order was not purchased on final sale.


If you are looking to make an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, please note which item(s) you would like to receive on your original packing slip.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
